Christine earned her B.M. and Performance Certificate in Cello Performance f University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she studied with Astrid Schween and Edward Arron. As an active cellist in the metro area, her performances include northeast venues such as Boston Symphony Hall, Barrington Stage Company and at festivals such as the Bach Festival and Symposium in Amherst, Massachusetts. Christine has received Suzuki training from Pamela Davenport through the School for Strings, where she is continuing her training. In her studio, Christine creates a supportive environment forom ther students to learn and grow in. She uses a student’s individuality as a jumping point to create unique lessons and goals together. She guides students towards a love for music while building a strong musical foundation.
Kylie Dickinson is a multidisciplinary artist with specialties in violin, viola, singing, songwriting, fashion design, and visual art. She received two degrees with distinction in Music Education under Mimi Zweig and Dr. Brenda Brenner, and Violin Performance under Grigory Kalinovsky from the Jacobs School of Music. She is a former student of Atlanta Symphony musicians Christopher Pulgram and Julianne Lee. Her ethos for teaching is based in personalizing a curriculum towards each student to best promote learning, interest and growth from a place of intrinsic motivation.
Wai Hei (Ryan) Cheung is a conductor, violinist, bass-baritone, and music educator based in New York. Cheung currently serves as the assistant conductor for The Dessoff Choirs. His conducting experiences include semi-professional choir, community choir, children chorus, collegiate choir, and church choir. A passionate educator, Cheung has taught at Azusa Pacific University and various music institutions across Southern California. Cheung has been actively performing at prestigious venues, music festivals, choral competitions, musical conferences around the world. He has competed in Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod, World Choir Games, 15th International Chamber Choir Competition Marktoberdorf, and Florilège Vocal de Tours. He has sung mass by invitation at Notre Dame Cathedral, Paris, and has performed in the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, France, Latvia, China, Hong Kong, and the United States. Cheung has been a featured performer at Xi’an International Choral Festival in China and both national and regional conferences of American Choral Directors Association. Cheung was a winner of Azusa Pacific University Concerto Competition in 2023. Cheung has been part of recording projects such as award winning and Billboard #1 on Traditional Classical Album Echoes of Grace: Choral Music of Patti Drennan, the “The Immersive Choir” project with Jasper Randall, Richard Burchard: Into the light, and Compassion album of Sangeeta Kaur. Cheung earned his Master of Music in Choral Music from the University of Southern California, where he studied conducting under Dr. Tram Sparks, Dr. Cristian Grases, Grant Gershon, Dr. Troy Quinn, and Dr. Jacob Sustaita. Cheung also holds an Artist Certificate and a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance and Music Education from Azusa Pacific University, where he studied violin under Yuki Mori, Min Jung Park, and Dr. Alex Russell.
Esther Kim is a distinguished violist with a comprehensive background in performance, education, and mentorship. She holds both a Master of Music and Bachelor of Music degree from The Juilliard School, where she also completed the Pre-College Division. Esther�s orchestral career is extensive, including performances with the New York Classical Music Society (NYCMS) in the United States and Asia. She has appeared with the Juilliard Orchestra at renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall and Alice Tully Hall, as well as with the New World Symphony and the Arizona State University Symphony Orchestra. A frequent participant at the Aspen Music Festival, Esther performed in the Festival Orchestra, Chamber Symphony, and the American Academy of Conducting at Aspen Orchestra over seven consecutive years. As a soloist, Esther has given recitals across the United States, including notable performances at Paul Hall and Morse Hall at The Juilliard School. She made her concerto debut with The Baroque Orchestra of New Jersey in 2021. Her chamber music experience includes performances with the NYCMS Asia Chamber Music Program, Juilliard ChamberFest, and the Lincoln Center Young Artists Chamber Music Program. Esther has worked under the guidance of esteemed chamber music coaches, including Darrett Adkins, Nancy Allen, Toby Appel, James Dunham, Sylvia Rosenberg, Carol Wincenc, David Aaron Carpenter, and Samuel Rhodes. As an experienced educator, Esther has taught privately in New York, New Jersey, and South Korea, working with students of all levels. While serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University, she instructed both viola performance majors and non-music majors. She also mentored students at The Juilliard School�s Pre-College Division, where she led string ensemble rehearsals and sectionals for elementary and middle school students. With her exceptional combination of performance, teaching, and leadership experience, Esther continues to inspire audiences and students alike through her dedication to music and education.
Brad Kang is an award-winning NYC based guitarist, improvisor and composer. Originally from South Korea, his formative years were spent in New Zealand where he owes much of his musical upbringing. He was a member of 2015 edition of The University of North Texas One O’Clock Lab Band and was featured on the ensemble’s album Lab 2015. The track Neil by Rich DeRosa on Lab 2015 received a Grammy nomination and Kang's composition Uncertainty was featured as the closer of the record. Kang’s EP release performance for Farewell For Now at the 2017 Wellington International Jazz Festival was awarded the Best of the Fest Award by The New Zealand Jazz Awards and received a full-length radio broadcast on Radio New Zealand. Most recently, he performed at Detroit Jazz Festival 2022 with [ human music ] as the winner of its annual Collegiate Combo Competition. He has performed with distinguished artists such as Bobby McFerrin, Arturo Sandoval and Doc Severinsen among many others.
